Position Overview
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) specializing in Radiology, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality personal care to residents in a supportive and compassionate environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with mobility, positioning, and transportation, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their care journey.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Personal Care**: Provide essential support to residents by assisting with lifting, turning, and moving them safely. This includes helping residents into and out of beds, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids.
2. **Team Collaboration**: Work alongside a dedicated team to implement programs that enhance the physical well-being of residents. Engage them in meaningful activities that foster social interactions with peers, family, and staff.
3. **Patient Support**: Under the supervision of a licensed RN, deliver basic nursing care according to individual assessment and treatment plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
4. **Communication Skills**: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with residents from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license in accordance with state regulations.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- An Alaskan Food Workers Card is necessary.

Work Environment
- The CNA will be assigned to a specific unit but may be required to float to other areas for additional support.
- Shifts are variable, with weekend work on a rotating basis.
