Banking Operations Executive

The Citizens Bank is seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational management and control of the bank's business lines, including monitoring and direct involvement in the operations of the bank.
Compensation PackageAn attractive compensation package is offered, including a salary range of $105,000 - $135,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
About the RoleYou will participate in designing policies and procedures and ensure their effectiveness. You will also be responsible for improving operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the supervision and coordination of activities of managers, supervisors, and employees involved in performing internal operations of the bank.
- Responsible for vendor management of all vendors associated with the operations areas.
- Continually assesses, monitors, and makes recommendations regarding the performance of the department.
A bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a related field is required, along with at least five to ten years of strong operational experience in a financial institution.
