- Direct pharmacy personnel, track inventory levels, and uphold compliance with all applicable laws and standards.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to pharmacy technicians as necessary.
- Engage in the processing and management of prescription orders when required.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Retail Pharmacist is mandatory
  • Preferred experience of 3 years or more
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficient in training and mentoring pharmacy technicians
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
Employment Type

This position is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity with a duration of 6 months.
Work Environment

This role is entirely on-site, situated within a Long-Term Care Pharmacy that offers a retail-like atmosphere. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
