Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Concierge staff to join our team in Nashville. As a Concierge staff, you will play a key role in overseeing and organizing daily activities of the reception area.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the reception area efficiently, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for players and visitors.
  • Coordinate court reservations and schedules accurately, ensuring seamless communication with players and staff.
  • Greet players warmly, assist with check-in process, and provide direction as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, providing necessary information or assistance to players and visitors.
  • Stay updated on club events, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to players and visitors.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with players, staff, and management.
  • Keen attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
