Job Title: EHS Leader

Yanfeng Automotive seeks an experienced EHS Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor EHS performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct and manage EHS audits and on-site inspections to identify workplace hazards.
  • Assist with the investigation of EHS incidents and prepare reports and recommendations.
  • Develop and drive EHS trainings and manage relationships with EHS stakeholders.
  • Research and evaluate opportunities to improve EHS performance.
  • Provide expertise and advice on EHS issues to plant employees.
  • Lead and direct a team of EHS professionals.
  • Implement EHS systems according to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OHSAS standards.
  • Maintain relationships with the community and EHS groups impacted by our EHS performance.
  • Coordinate compliance audits and inspections.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in EHS or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in EHS, with a minimum of 1-3 years in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance, OSHA, worker's compensation, and manufacturing health and safety training.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
Work Environment:
  • Office and plant manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to distracting sounds and noisy conditions.
  • Personal protective equipment required.
  • Exposure to hot or cold temperatures.
  • Works closely with others in a manufacturing setting.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000
