Sanctuarymed is seeking a dynamic and passionate Cannabis Sales Associate to join our team at our Adult-Use Cannabis Retail Store. As a key player in ensuring the store operates in compliance with state regulations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating a smooth and efficient customer experience, and assisting customers with accurate information and product guidance.
Responsibilities- Facilitate a positive retail cannabis experience for customers
- Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information
- Process monetary transactions and maintain a sanitary work area
- Ensure daily compliance with store policies, including state and local regulations
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop skills in various areas of the store
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- At least one year of hospitality, retail, or cannabis experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Previous dispensing and/or service experience
- Compassionate and strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to cultivate customer relationships
