About the Role

Sanctuarymed is seeking a dynamic and passionate Cannabis Sales Associate to join our team at our Adult-Use Cannabis Retail Store. As a key player in ensuring the store operates in compliance with state regulations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, facilitating a smooth and efficient customer experience, and assisting customers with accurate information and product guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a positive retail cannabis experience for customers
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information
  • Process monetary transactions and maintain a sanitary work area
  • Ensure daily compliance with store policies, including state and local regulations
  • Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop skills in various areas of the store
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 21 years of age
  • At least one year of hospitality, retail, or cannabis experience
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous dispensing and/or service experience
  • Compassionate and strong work ethic
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to cultivate customer relationships
