Nursing Unit Manager Role

At Stonerise Healthcare, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Nursing Unit Manager to lead our team of nursing professionals. As a Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis. This is a leadership opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit(s)
  • Lead a team of nursing professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and effective work environment

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia
  • 2-5 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Previous long-term care experience
