Job Overview
MartinFed is seeking a skilled SharePoint Administrator to support the Strength Maintenance Training Battalion (SMTB) at Camp Robinson. The successful candidate will work under the general supervision of the SMTB Knowledge Manager, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting the Microsoft SharePoint 365 Teams Site environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist government and technical staff in ensuring SharePoint is used according to best practices.
Use problem-solving and analytical skills to design, develop, customize, implement, upgrade, and support SharePoint sites, workflows, web parts, and other applications within SMTC standards and operating procedures.
Maintain and administer SharePoint services, including search, content hub, user profile, and Excel services.
Develop, configure, and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists, and site collections.
Manage SharePoint end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best-practices regarding privacy and security.
Maintain and manage SharePoint Search Administration.
Support end-users with all SharePoint-related issues.
Develop training materials and provide training to users with varying levels of skills.
Generate website statistics and reports as needed, using custom or packaged tools.
Review internal critical security vulnerability reports for action.
Monitor and complete requests and incident resolution via SharePoint Help Desk ticketing system.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks to keep SharePoint healthy.

Requirements
High School Diploma / GED and a minimum of (2) years of SharePoint administration experience.
Extensive experience with SharePoint Server 2013/2016/Microsoft SharePoint 365 Teams Site design principles, architecture, and out of the box (OOTB) functionalities.
Expertise and experience with medium-complexity technical activities.
Proficient with IIS 7.0, Active Directory, and SQL Server 2005 or higher as they relate to SharePoint.
Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XSLT, CAML Query, RestAPI, SharePoint services, PowerShell, InfoPath 2013, and SharePoint Designer 2013.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate, Lectora, and/or Captivate in creating Distance Learning Modules.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree desired.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: SharePoint certification desired.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Productivity certification desired.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer: SharePoint Applications certification desired.
ComTIA A+ or Security + desired.

Physical Requirements / Environmental Conditions
The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions in typical office settings. The work area is adequately lighted, heated/cooled, and vented.
