Job Title: Registered Nurse Psychiatric

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Psychiatric to join our team at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our psychiatric unit. As a Registered Nurse Psychiatric, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to address their unique requirements.
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts.
  • BLS certification.
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing, with a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
