About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the SNF setting. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care and ensuring the dialysis treatment stays on track.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and troubleshoot any issues related to dialysis treatment
  • Partner with SNF staff to coordinate care and provide education to patients and their families
  • Supervise Dialysis Technicians and ensure they are delivering optimal care
  • Meet and exceed clinical outcomes and multitask to meet the needs of the service, patients, and SNF partners
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 12 months' of RN experience
  • Previous Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis, and/or Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nursing experience
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required
