Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to our hospital's mission, vision, and values. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a safe environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff and ensure they adhere to hospital policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities
  • Review documentation and ensure it meets regulatory requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the development of clinical service goals
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Current RN license to practice in the State of TX required, BSN preferred
  • Two years of management experience in an Inpatient Mental Health setting preferred
  • Certifications: Current CPR or obtain in orientation and Hospital de-escalation program must be attained upon orientation
