Server - Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Server to join our team at Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living. As a Dining Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents in assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist assigned residents with their dining needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Determine the need for assistance and provide support during meals, using proper food handling techniques.
- Work closely with nurses, aides, dieticians, and other dining staff to implement residents' nutritional care plans.
- Assist with feeding in accordance with state-approved Feeding Assistance training, as needed.
Requirements:
- Current high school student, with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be 16 years old.
- Must be available to work 3 days a week, including one weekend shift.
- Successful completion of a state-approved Paid Feeding Assistant training program is a plus.
- Ability to recognize residents' needs and respond with compassion.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude.
