About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anesthesia Technician Lead to join our team at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare. As a key member of our operating room team, you will provide day-to-day direction and assistance to Anesthesia Technicians, ensuring the smooth operation of our surgical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support services to anesthesiologists and registered nurses in the preparation, care, maintenance, and availability of anesthesia supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in OR room turnover and perform activities as directed to ensure efficiency and safe patient care in the OR environment.
  • Model appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology or related field.
  • Supervisory or management experience in a surgical or medical setting.
  • Certifications in Basic Life Support and Certified Anesthesia Technician.
