Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead maintenance technicians in repair and troubleshooting activities.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure 24/7 operation and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to identify plant needs and develop fiscal year plans.
- Manage department performance metrics and provide regular progress reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred; a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering is preferred.
- 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership experience.
- Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience with ammonia and the PSM Standard is preferred.
- Maintenance/Engineering expertise in hydraulics, mechanics, process, and electrical functions of equipment.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and Word for spreadsheets and reports.
