Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team at our Chesterfield, Virginia center. As a Teacher, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

• Implement our curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children
• Support the success of our center by working collaboratively with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
