• Lead and Develop the Team: Provide guidance and support to our team members, and help them to develop their skills and knowledge.

• Doctor of Optometry: A Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution.
• Commitment to Quality Patient Care: A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
• Knowledge of Current Optometric Theory and Technology: A strong understanding of current optometric theory and technology, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
