Dishwasher - Sushi Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Trapper's Sushi Federal Way. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

• Collect and sort used dishes, glasses, and utensils from dining and kitchen areas
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines to ensure efficient and sanitary cleaning
• Wash and sanitize specific items by hand, such as rice pots and delicate glassware
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment in designated areas
• Restock clean dishes, glasses, and utensils during peak hours to ensure seamless service
• Monitor and report any technical issues with dishwashing machines
• Remove trash and recyclables regularly and dispose of them according to store procedures
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, bathrooms, and restaurant lobby as assigned

• Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a related restaurant role
• Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed
• Strong time management and attention to detail skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Washington State Food Worker Card required prior to first day of work

This role requires regular lifting of items up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach, lift, twist, and crouch.
