Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions, performing necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to guarantee optimal functionality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Program and configure fire alarm control panels, detectors, and other essential components.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to devise effective solutions tailored to fire detection and alarm requirements.
  • Respond promptly to service requests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all service and repair activities, ensuring detailed records are kept.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, codes, and regulations pertaining to fire alarm systems.
Additional Information

This position offers an opportunity to engage with a dynamic industry while being employed by a reputable company with a long-standing history. You will receive a vehicle after demonstrating suitability for the role, potentially within a short timeframe. Gas reimbursement is available for travel beyond the initial 30 minutes and for job-to-job travel when using a personal vehicle.

Work Environment

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, primarily within commercial buildings and occasionally large residential properties.
