Sun Loan Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, and driving profitability.
Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of Loan Specialists to achieve financial goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch growth and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the loan industry or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
