Maricopa Integrated Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to provide professional, age-specific nursing care to patients in collaboration with physicians and other disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide direct patient care services.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, provide education, and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to the development of policies and procedures, and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Current, valid Arizona RN license or compact RN licensure for current state of practice.
- Good standing with the Arizona Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification obtained through an American Heart Association training center.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing.
- Previous acute care hospital experience in the area of clinical nursing.
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
