Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, with starting salaries ranging from $325,000 to $350,000 annually. Our partnership track typically spans two years, and for those in this track, signing bonuses can reach up to $50,000.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes healthcare, life insurance, long-term disability coverage, and a 401k plan with an annual employer contribution of $15,000. We also cover malpractice insurance with 2/6 limits and provide support for licensing, ABR dues, and membership in select professional societies through our in-house credentialing team.
