Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

Arrow Healthcare Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel assignment. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of respiratory conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, and asthma.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
