We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to join our team at Agape Care Group. This role is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating daily operations to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations, organizational policies, and established goals/budgets.

About the Role

The Director of Operations will be responsible for the financial success of their assigned branch, as well as driving growth through active involvement in sales and marketing activities. They will serve as a leader and mentor to team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Oversee the financial performance of assigned branches, developing and implementing strategies to achieve budgeted targets
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote the delivery of high-quality care
  • Promote a culture of excellence, integrity, and teamwork within the organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred) and current state license as a registered nurse
  • A minimum of 3 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on patient care and satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
