Work Schedule: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Compensation: $15.00/hr + Shift Differential + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of cleaning duties to ensure patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other designated areas are maintained to high standards.
- Utilize and maintain cleaning equipment, manage linen services, and uphold cleanliness of floors and surfaces.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards while providing excellent customer service.
- Distribute linens and supplies efficiently to support hospital operations.
- Safely manage and package all waste streams.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Flexibility in scheduling and shift assignments is essential.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with the ability to transition smoothly between tasks.
- Familiarity with bed management systems and communication devices is advantageous.
