  • Serve as a supervising lead, providing guidance and supervision to other leads and acting as a mentor to less experienced engineers.
  • Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering and project management, with experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
