We are currently seeking a skilled individual to take on the role of Engineering Project Coordinator, focusing on the programming and operation of CNC machinery for the production of substantial pump components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management and Order Fulfillment:
    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met.
    • Plan, monitor, assess progress, and report on order fulfillment in accordance with contractual obligations and internal protocols.
    • Evaluate, monitor, and communicate execution risks throughout the order lifecycle.
    • Review and adhere to customer specifications and technical drawings.
    • Confirm hydraulic systems and their suitability for intended applications.
    • Generate and finalize all necessary Requests for Information (RFIs).
    • Prepare and submit documentation to clients for approval.
    • Address all technical and administrative inquiries from customers and internal teams.
    • Oversee order fulfillment, production milestones, and associated risks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to meet project requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of operational processes and procedures.
  • Communication: Relay issues and updates to Management, Sales, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of pumping equipment and systems.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong grasp of project management principles.
