Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, processing and dispensing prescription orders, and counseling customers on their health care and medication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers.
  • Counsel customers on their health care and medication needs, providing personalized advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other pharmacy staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices, regulations, and technologies to provide the highest level of care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
