Job Summary

Nuclear Medicine Technologist I assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the nuclear medicine equipment to obtain diagnostic scans.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Operate nuclear medicine equipment to obtain diagnostic scans
  • Assist physicians in the performance of procedures

Requirements

  • 2-year associate degree in nuclear medicine technology or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in nuclear medicine
  • Certified and registered in nuclear medicine by ARRT or NMTCB
