Tax Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Associate to join our team at H&R Block. As a Tax Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of tax preparation.

• Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information and prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth by offering additional products and services to clients.
• Provide IRS support and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve office priorities and support a positive work environment.
• Continuously develop and enhance tax expertise to stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with virtual tools, including video, phone, and chat.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
