Estate Planning Paralegal Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team at AlerStallings LLC. As a key member of our Estate Planning team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our attorneys and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run client meetings and provide excellent customer service
  • Draft start-to-finish legal documentation
  • Assist with client support legal questions

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years+ of legal experience
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, writing and proofreading skills
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office suite (including Teams)
  • Willingness to travel between office locations
  • Current Notary, or willingness to obtain
  • Estate Planning, Administration, and Elder Care law experience preferred

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary - $65,000 - $85,000
  • Benefits - Generous time off policy, Health Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance, 401(k), & Life Insurance

Work Schedule:

8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-Hour lunch. We also pay overtime.
