Job Summary
Kemper's Home Service team is seeking a Sales Manager to work with agents within their assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising agents, with a focus on achieving results through consistent recruiting, training, and supervising activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise agents to achieve sales and collection targets.
- Prospect for new agent candidates and continuously develop relationships with existing agents.
- Conduct business inspections in the field and by phone to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide service support to agencies without an assigned agent.
- Report to the District Manager and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales management or equivalent experience.
- Fully licensed in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty.
- Ability to work in-office and in the field, with a minimum of 50% of time spent in the field.
