Manufacturing Supervisor Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Supervisor Director to join our team at Wabash National. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the production process and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Leading the production process and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards
• Developing and executing production plans to achieve departmental and plant goals for all SQDCME metrics
• Managing labor based on work requirements and communicating clear job expectations
• Coaching and counseling employees while coordinating and enforcing process controls, company policies, programs, and procedures

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $125,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Technology
• 23+ years supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to identify OSHA compliance issues and control of hazards
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop direct reports
