Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and proactive individuals to engage with clients in managing our COVID testing facilities. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional service and support during these challenging times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service while assisting in the operation of COVID testing clinics.
2. Ensure the accuracy of lab specimen labels and documentation.
3. Educate patients about the testing process and address any inquiries they may have.
4. Conduct COVID-19 tests in an outdoor, drive-up environment.
5. Manage tasks associated with the setup and breakdown of testing operations.
6. Administer COVID-19 vaccinations as required.
7. Prepare and maintain mobile testing and vaccination units.
8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development as necessary.
9. Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment to minimize exposure risks.
10. Comply with relevant federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies.
11. Maintain high standards of quality assurance and uphold HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current LPN/LVN license is required.
- Must possess full-time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
- Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions, as our operations are conducted outside.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is essential for commuting to work sites.
- Team-oriented with the capability to work independently when necessary.
