Job Description:

We're looking for a talented Clinical Sleep Program Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team of healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional care to children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, implement, and evaluate unit-based orientation and continuing education programs for the Sleep program.
  • Collaborate with program leadership team, medical director, and preceptors to ensure program orientation plan meets regulatory agency standards, hospital policies, and program goals.
  • Develop and maintain accreditation of in-house training program.
  • Individualize orientee's initial unit-based orientation plan based on identified learning needs.
  • Review orientee's progress with preceptor and orientee on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma Or GED Required
  • Technical Diploma/Graduate Of A CMHEP Accredited Sleep Program Required
  • BLS - Cert-basic Life Support And RPSGT - Reg Polysomnographic Technology Certifications Required
  • CCSH - Cert Clinical Sleep Health Preferred
  • 4 Years Of Experience In Clinical Pediatric Sleep Medicine Required
  • 2 Years Of Teaching Or Leadership Experience Preferred

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
