We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tanning Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our tanning services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized consultations to clients to determine their tanning needs and preferences
- Recommend and sell tanning products and services to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including tanning beds and equipment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of sales software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Competitive hourly rate of $11.00
