Neurology Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Neurology team at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients in our ambulatory setting.
Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with acute and complex chronic conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to make diagnoses and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and perform procedures as needed
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to address patient needs
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- National Board Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- BLS certification
