Job Summary

The Private Client Associate will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience by providing exceptional service and support to our Private Client Team. This dynamic individual will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, coordinating strategic planning initiatives, and collaborating with various departments to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Coordinate business development opportunities and strategic planning initiatives to drive growth and success.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to organize client recognition and prospecting events.
• Assist in new prospect research, planning, and event coordination.
• Perform duties of the Private Client Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless continuity of service.

Requirements

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or two or more years of related experience in the financial services industry with high net-worth clients preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of its applications and tools.
