Job Title: Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our team at Holcomb Behavioral Health. As a Psychiatrist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Psychiatrist will be responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management services, clinical consultation/supervision, and clinical client reviews. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Prescribe and manage medications as needed
  • Provide clinical consultation and supervision to other team members
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care
  • Document client progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from a regionally accredited medical school
  • Board Certification in Adult and/or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry or board eligible
  • Full DEA certification for prescribing Schedule II, III, IV, and V medications
  • One year of experience post-residency or must work under the supervision of another psychiatrist until the experience has been obtained
