Job Summary: Nephrology Clinical Trials Lead

Location: Northwest Louisiana Nephrology L.L.C.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

The Northwest Louisiana Nephrology L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled Nephrology Clinical Trials Lead to lead our medical studies operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination of clinical trial activities
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory ethical standards of studies and participant care
  • Oversee participant data management and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to regulations
  • Facilitate IRB submissions and address compliance issues
  • Conduct site visits, both pre and initial

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years practical experience in healthcare or clinical research preferred
  • Doctoral degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office works
  • RN, LPN, or Lab Tech (required)
  • IATA Certification (required)
