Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team in a hospital setting. As a Locum CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain and verify patient consent for anesthesia services
  • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients and their families
  • Administer and manage anesthesia care during surgical procedures
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Current license as a registered nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia
  • Certified or recertified by the National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
Work Environment

This is a hospital-based position with a variety of cases, including general, orthopedic, neurologic, and cardiovascular procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Technology

This position will utilize EPIC electronic health records and other hospital systems to ensure seamless patient care.

The CRNA to MD ratio in this position is 3:1, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment.
