Key Responsibilities
  • Document Conversion: Convert paper documents to digital formats, including microfilm and microfiche, to meet client requirements.
  • Quality Inspection: Perform thorough quality inspections to ensure that digital images meet client criteria.
  • Exception Handling: Identify and escalate any exception items that require attention.
  • Mail and Supply Management: Receive, sort, and process mail documents, packages, and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Postal and Courier Services: Perform outgoing postal and courier duties to ensure seamless delivery of documents and packages.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment, providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Data Entry and Office Experience: Previous experience in data entry or office clerk roles, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Multi-Tasking and Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
