As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing 2,000 business clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and lead generation.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Provide daily reporting of sales activity and team performance using Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
