Role Overview:
GPAC is seeking a highly motivated Agronomy Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to growers in North Dakota.
About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for agronomy to hit the ground running and cover a small territory in North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of sales experience in an agronomy-related role and a degree in Agronomy or Agriculture.
Responsibilities:
- Service current growers and prospect new clientele
- Sell chemical, fertilizer, and seed products throughout the assigned territory
- Stay up-to-date with agronomic technology and provide recommendations to growers
- Perform soil and tissue sampling
Requirements:
- General computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-driven
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary of $65,000 - $90,000 DOE plus bonuses
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401K
- Paid cell phone, laptop, iPad, and company vehicle
