Job Title: Bridge Crewmember

Job Summary:

As a Bridge Crewmember in the Army National Guard, you will play a critical role in providing bridge and rafting support for dry and wet gap crossing operations. Your primary responsibility will be to assemble and maintain military fixed and float bridges, ensuring safe and efficient passage for troops and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and maintain military fixed and float bridges
• Prepare bridge sites and assist in rafting operations
• Operate bridge truck and light vehicles
• Develop skills in bridge construction and engineering

Requirements:

• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
• Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate
• Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
• Must meet citizenship requirements
