Position Overview
As a Site Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, plans, and timelines. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily construction operations to guarantee compliance with project guidelines and schedules.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to assess progress and quality of workmanship.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team members to facilitate effective workflow and resource management.
  • Ensure all construction practices align with applicable building codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to establish and uphold the project timeline, ensuring milestones are met promptly.
  • Assist in developing project plans, including work schedules, resource distribution, and material sourcing.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues.
  • Monitor project costs and resource utilization to maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Contribute to the preparation of cost estimates and financial plans for construction activities.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies to enhance resource efficiency.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in semiconductor and/or clean room environments is highly desirable.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Previous involvement in base building projects.
  • Experience in estimating and proposal development for base building and semiconductor or clean room facilities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.
  • Hands-on experience in daily construction operations.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate and operate effectively on construction sites for extended periods.
  • Adaptability to evolving project demands and capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring all work complies with the highest quality standards.
  • Prior experience in both new construction and renovation projects.
