Host/Server/Cashier

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Host/Server/Cashier to join our team at Grand Casino. As a Host/Server/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Guest Service: Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and ensure they have a positive dining experience.
• Cash Handling: Process guest payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, maintain a clean and sanitary dining area, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Cash Handling: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
