### Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care in our rehabilitation setting. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

### Key Responsibilities

* Assist patients with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and toileting
* Provide comfort and support to patients, promoting their dignity and well-being
* Assist physicians and nurses with medical procedures, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
* Record patient health information, including vital signs and medical history
* Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment, adhering to infection control protocols
* Prepare equipment and instruments for inspection and sterilization

### Requirements and Qualifications

* Active state certification as a CNA
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
* Prior CNA experience is a plus, but not required

### Physical Demands

* Ability to stand for extended periods, with frequent walking and bending
* Continuous lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling of equipment and patients
* Ability to meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of this facility

### Work Environment

* Inside work, with normal temperatures and occasional exposure to chemicals and potential bloodborne pathogens
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
