**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist on installs of new appliances, providing exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
  • Accurately diagnose and prepare estimates for appliance repairs, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Collect payment from customers for work performed, maintaining accurate records and resolving any payment discrepancies.
