About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aggregate Operator to join our team at Payne & Dolan, a leading provider of construction materials and infrastructure services. As an Aggregate Operator, you will play a critical role in our mining operations, responsible for producing aggregate and construction materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment, including haul trucks, loaders, and processing plant machinery, in a safe and productive manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mobile equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Communicate plant site issues with the Foreman and Mine Management, and perform daily inspections of the plant site to identify potential hazards.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work site, including shoveling and skid steer operation clean up.
  • Assist in plant maintenance and repairs, including labor work, cutting, fabricating, and welding.
  • Follow proper safety procedures, including incident reporting, and use equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, skid steer loaders, water trucks, graders, man lifts, dozers, and excavators.
