W3Global Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Physician to join our team in Lima, OH.

About the Role

This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to provide emergency medical care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality care, making quick decisions in critical situations, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities
  • Emergency Medical Care: Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting with urgent and life-threatening conditions.
  • Patient Assessment & Triage: Quickly assess and triage patients, prioritize care based on medical urgency, and provide immediate interventions as needed.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop treatment plans and provide coordinated patient care, guiding and mentoring junior medical staff when necessary.
  • Critical Decision-Making: Utilize advanced clinical skills to make rapid and accurate decisions in high-pressure situations, ensuring timely interventions and proper treatment.
  • Patient Safety & Quality Care: Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality care are met through adherence to medical protocols and best practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely patient records in compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations.
Requirements

We seek a candidate with:

  • A Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
  • Experience working in urgent care, critical care, or emergency medicine, with prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced emergency department preferred.
  • Valid certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
  • Strong clinical judgment, ability to work efficiently in emergency situations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong commitment to patient care, safety, and quality improvement.
Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $275,000 - $325,000, commensurate with experience, plus additional incentives and benefits, including comprehensive health coverage and performance-based bonuses.
